When you use AI Receptionist, we collect:
Account Information
Name, email, and password when you register your law firm.
Lawyer Profiles
Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and specialties of lawyers you add to the system.
Call Data
Caller phone numbers (via caller ID), call transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and call recordings (if enabled).
Integration Tokens
OAuth tokens for RingCentral, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Graph, stored securely.
How We Use Your Information
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate lawyer
- Check lawyer availability via calendar and phone integrations
- Send SMS and email notifications to lawyers about new messages
- Generate AI summaries of caller conversations
- Process subscription billing

We do not sell your data.

Data Retention
Call records and messages are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, all associated data is removed within 30 days.
Your Rights
You may:
- Access, update, or delete your account information
- Request a copy of your data
- Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
- Opt out of SMS by replying STOP
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure token storage.
